30th July,2016(Aizawl): Today i,e 30th July 2016 Saturday the Mizoram Chakma Students’ Union (MCSU) Aizawl Zone Organised the 12th Voluntary Blood Donation Camp at Civil Hospital Aizawl. The Mcsu Aizawl Zone were able to donate 32 units of blood in total.

Today, being the 24th July, 2016, the Mizoram Chakma Student’s Union Aizawl Zone convened a general meeting in its office. The meeting was presided over by Kashaw Muni Chakma, President of Aizawl Mcsu.
After a peaceful and comprehensive discussion about the agendas the following resolutions have been passed:
1. It is resolved that for blood donation on 30th July 2016, Rs. 10,000 will be fixed for expenditure.
2. It is resolved that Census will be doing on next Sunday  onward i,e 31st July,2016.
3. For Annual Picnic,it is resolved that every member should contribute Rs. 350, if it is family of four members or more than that they should contribute Rs. 1,200 for four members and Rs. 200 extra for subsequent members.
4. It is resolved that Dangu Arun Dewan Chakma has been promoted to Finance Secretary from Executive Member and Dangu Sontosh Chakma, Dangu Rupom Chakma has been appointed as Executive members from Primary members. The remaining post i,e Religious Secretary and Education secretary  kept vacant.

Note: For the Census,  the sum of Rs. 2000/- have been received from Dangu Jyoti Bikash Chakma, Advisor of Mcsu Aizawl Zone & Senior Vice President of AICSU. Mcsu Aizawl thanks to him for contributing the amount.

MCSU, Aizawl is pleased to acknowledge and convey heartiest gratitude to Nihar Kanti Chakma (MLA, Mizoram), Dr. B. D. Chakma, MoS, Mizoram and to CADC Govt. for providing financial assistant to us. MCSU, Aizawl recently submitted its budget along with the annual action plan to all of them for which MCSU, Aizawl received the following responses.
1. MCSU,Aizawl received an amount of Rs. 60 thousands, from Nihar Kanti Chakma, which MCSU, Aizawl has bought a computer set along with a printer.
2. A contract was sanctioned to construct a twin urinal shed to MCSU,Aizawl for an amount of Rs. 2,50,000, from which 70 thousands will be contributed to Shyamal Bikash Chakma for his higher studies in UK.
3. And an amount of Rs 60 thousands was received by MCSU Aizawl from CADC govt.
MCSU, Aizawl is really thankful to all the contributors for their financial support to us which MCSU, Aizawl really appreciate their deeds and their moral and financial support for the development and upliftment of the Chakma Students community…

The 5th Annual Sports of Mcsu Aizawl Zone is going to be held on 9th,10th, 16th & 17th July 2016.
There will be three house namely:
1. Jumsaab Group lead by (Khaten Chakma & Nomuna Chakma)
2. Taagol Group lead by (Gopal Chakma & Kavita Chakma)
3. Holom Group lead by (Shanti Priyo Chakma & MoonMoon Chakma)
About 30 members are distributed in each group. Each members are requested to contribute Rs.30 to their respective house leader for refreshment.
All the members should be arrived before 10 Am at the field.
Following items which will be played on 9th July at Vaivakawn Field are given below:
1. Races : 100 meters and 200 meters both Boys & Girls.
2. Cricket Boys only (League System)
3. High jump both Boys & Girls.
4. Football Boys only (League system).
