Mcsuaizawl: 6th August 2016
Today, being the 6th August 2016, the Mizoram Chakma Students’ Union Aizawl Zone Convened a general meeting at the Mcsu Office Premise Chakma House, Hunthar Veng. The meeting was chaired by Kashaw Muni Chakma,president Mcsu Aizawl Zone.
After a peaceful and comprehensive discussion about the agendas the following resolutions have been passed:
(1).It is resolved that Miss Pinkey Chakma is appointed as the new Religious Secretary of Mcsu Aizawl Zone.
(2). Distribution of work for the Fresher’s Socoal are given below:-
1. Receptionist- Himmat Chakma, Kunali Chakma, Sujina Chakma, Tara pudi Chakma….(They must reached at the hall before 9:30 Am)
2. Ushers – Sumit, Rajen, Khaten, Fulo Ranjan, Sontosh, Niomy, Rakhi, Sorita….
3. Host- Krishna Bikash Tong & Nomuna Chakma
4. Refreshment to Chief Quest and Guest of Honour – Kavita, Ushpal, Arsona, kunali, Gopal, janami, Rajen
5. Gift Presentation Attendant to Chief quest, Guest of Honour and Special Invites- Tara pudi Chakma and Sujina Chakma
6. Hall decoration date 19th August time: 4pm- Kashaw, James, Ushpal, Arsona, Kavita, Moonmoon, Sujina, Tara pudi, Janami, Fulo Ranjan, Rajen, Sontosh…..
7. Welcome Speech: James Vice president, Mcsu Aizawl
8. Vote of thanks: Khaten Chakma- Information & Publicity Secretary.
9. Stage In charge: Shanit Jeevan Chakma & Arun Chakma, Roshan Chakma.
10. Speaker Attendant: Zovi Chakma, Niomi Chakma, Milungi and Bessaca Chakma..
